AUB launches PIN number issuance service via ATMs
KUWAIT: Ahli United Bank (AUB) announced today the launch of its new smart service for its telebanking platform, enabling all customers, including those with Special needs, to issue their telebanking PIN numbers through the Bank’s ATMs. The new initiative adds more value to the already existing service the bank offers through its customer service 24/7.
AUB’s latest service is part of its underlying efforts to consolidate electronic banking services to provide a comprehensive catalogue of services at all customer touchpoints in line with the Bank’s commitment to delivering quality services using ground breaking, safe technology that facilitates customer’s banking needs. Customers can now enter their ATM card, their secure PIN and issue their telebanking PIN through simple onscreen instructions. As with all electronic transactions, these transactions also have industry standard and robust security measures.
This service is in line with the Bank’s continuous effort to create secure, easy to use and efficient services across all alternative channels in order to serve all customers; including those with special needs. By thoughtfully applying a mix of technology including enhanced controls, the Bank is committed to serving all areas of society, especially those requiring special assistance ensuring always that they enjoy the same level of service and can benefit from all products and services.
