QNB launches Mobile Banking application for retail customers
QNB Kuwait, the local branch of QNB Group, the leading financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, has announced the launch of a mobile banking application with distinctive features that offer more accessibility and convenience for its customers. The QNB Mobile Banking application is available on both smartphones and tablets. It is downloadable from the application stores of both IOS and Android by searching for “QNB Mobile” or “QNB Mobile for Tablets”.
The application offers numerous features such as QNB Global Account view, the ability to pay card balances, view loan details, make transfers within QNB accounts and to other accounts, request cheque books, quickly apply for products, locate ATMs and branches, as well as check interest rates, among other features. Furthermore, the most notable feature of the QNB Mobile Banking application is “QNB Chat”, which customers can use to chat with a Bank representative and get support around the clock.
