AL-Manfohi to produce licenses for buildings
Eng. Ahmad AL-Manfohi, the manager of municipality of Kuwait announced that licenses for buildings for the ALWafra project will be given on Jan 2, 2017. It has been confirmed that the municipality is supporting the citizens to build houses and their needs; this is by specializing plots for the citizens in AL-Wafra. AL-Manfohi said in a press statement that expansion project in AL-Wafra residential is about 5,040,900m and the residents will be 2426. Every resident will have a plot size of 600m.
AL-Manfohi clearly stated that the project for expansion included public utilities, with 12 schools, 18 mosques, ministry services, government compound, fire department, health center, ambulance center, gas branch, police station, public park, main park, community centers, development center building, and 9 shops. Al-Manfohi urged that the process will be made easier and simpler for the citizens by submitting all the documents needed to get the license for the building according to the list of construction applicable by Kuwait’s municipality.
