Kuwait Times - - FROM THE ARABIC PRESS -

Ooredoo, Kuwait’s fastest network, participated in a flying show organized by the Kuwait Science Club Flying Team last week on the coast of the Arabian Gulf Road. Participants in the event raised the Kuwaiti flag across the sky in a one-hour journey from the Kuwait Towers monument.

Ooredoo’s sponsorship for this event comes to reiterate its commitment to supporting youth in achieving their potential. In a statement to the press, Ooredoo expressed its pride in supporting a reputable establishment such as the Kuwait Science Club, which is one of the biggest supporters of Kuwaiti youth’s passions and habits.

The team of nine pilots, led by Captain Mohammed Al-Sager, used three different types of planes: The Para motor, the Trike, and Power Parachute. Ooredoo prides itself in giving youth the biggest share of its corporate social responsibility agenda. Ooredoo has several memorandum of understandings with esteemed government and private entities that aim to enrich the experience of youth, through year-round activities and events as per the company’s corporate social responsibility strategy.
