New vision to promote Mubarakiyah market’s activities

Kuwait Times - - LOCAL -

The Real Estate House, represented by its Chairman Abdulrahman Al-Khanna, and Leaders Group Consulting and Development, represented by its General Manager Nabila AlAnjari, have recently signed an agreement to promote Mubarakiyah market’s activities. The agreement, which was signed the presence of Real Estate House CEO Ali Al-Kulaib, aims to enhance marketing activities of market as part of its comprehensive strategy to benefit from the long experience of Leaders Group in the field of tourism consultancy and marketing.

It is worth mentioning that Real Estate House, which currently manages and develops Mubarakiyah market, is a subsidiary of ‘Houses Investment Group’ and has a long standing track record in the development and management of real estate at the local and regional levels that fulfill customers’ requirements and the local, cultural and social values.

On this occasion, Khanna expressed his confidence that cooperation with Leader’s Group will contribute to utilize our futuristic vision of the market in terms of marketing, entertainment and tourism perspectives that can hardly been found in Kuwait and other Gulf countries.

Khanna has also pointed out that the real estate market status urges us to use our expertise, qualified human resources and our comprehensive strong strategies with various economic sectors of the state of Kuwait to present a distinguished real estate services.

Meanwhile, Anjari said, “Our cooperation as Leaders Group in the field of providing touristic advisory services, as well as promoting and marketing the activities and events of Mubarakiyah market according to the vision that has been designed and agreed with Real Estate House is a great opportunity for us because it is in the core of our specialties and interests. Especially as it contains specific ideas for this development project, which is very important and vital because of the fact that ‘Mubarakiyah’ represents for Kuwaitis, residents and visitors a unique atmosphere combining the past and present and various activities.

Anjari pointed out that Mubarakiyah Market is considered as the first of its kind as a popular tourist destination in Kuwait and one of the best destinations for visitors from the GCC countries. She urged ministries and other concerned authorities to help and facilitate Real Estate efforts at running and developing the market.
