ABK re­ceives in­ter­na­tional qual­ity cer­ti­fi­ca­tion - ISO 9001-2015

Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) re­cently re­ceived the ISO 9001-2015 cer­tifi­cate for Ser­vice Qual­ity Man­age­ment a highly rec­og­nized cer­ti­fi­ca­tion. ISO is an in­ter­na­tional rat­ing sys­tem used to classify the ap­pli­ca­ble stan­dards, which re­quires a high qual­ity pro­fes­sional ser­vice per­for­mance. Upon re­ceiv­ing the cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, Ste­wart Lockie GM Re­tail Bank­ing at ABK said: “Ap­ply­ing ISO’s sys­tem of in­ter­na­tional stan­dards at ABK is of ex­treme im­por­tance, as it re­flects pos­i­tively on the Bank’s cus­tomer ser­vice and reaf­firms that the Bank is op­er­at­ing in line with in­ter­na­tional stan­dards”.

ABK has re­ceived a num­ber of awards through­out the year in­clud­ing: ‘Best Bank’ by Ara­bian Busi­ness, ‘Best Re­tail Bank’ by Asian Banker, ‘Best Com­mer­cial Bank’ by Banker Mid­dle East, as well as be­ing rec­og­nized by Euromoney for the ‘Most Innovative Bank’ in 2016.
