Ooredoo Kuwait launches revamped mobile app
Giving customers more control and flexibility
KUWAIT: Embracing the digital age and delivering products that keep up with the needs of customers, Ooredoo, Kuwait's fastest network, announced the launch of its new mobile app, which enables customers to be in control of their usage at the convenience of their fingertips.
Launching the app is yet another milestone for Ooredoo Kuwait's plans to further embrace digitalization and solidify its position as a leading local telecom service provider.
The new mobile application aims to keep up with the needs and modes of usage of Ooredoo Kuwait customers, and provide them with the best in-class services conveniently at the tap of a finger without the need to speak to customer service agents.
App users are logged in automatically without the need to enter credentials, for convenience and flexibility. It gives customers access to view their real-time usage of data, calls and SMS; purchase packages and plans that better suit their usage and needs; recharge and pay bills conveniently; view their Nojoom points and participating partners with whom they can redeem their points, and activate Ooredoo Passport roaming plans, all conveniently from within My Ooredoo app. The app also includes a branch locator to direct customers to the nearest Ooredoo branch. The revamped Ooredoo app is available for free on both Android and iOS operating systems.
