KFH honors 11 employees for obtaining Associate Valuer Certificates
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) held an honoring ceremony to recognize 11 employees for obtaining Associate Valuer Certificates as part of the bank’s keenness to support the educational attainment for KFH human capital and recognizing their achievements and exerted efforts that contribute to enhancing the comprehensive performance of KFH and maintaining its leading position.
Present at the ceremony were: Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Frederick Jacobus Carstens, Chief Operation Officer, Abdullah Abo Alhous in addition to officials from Real estate department and Talent Development Department. It is worth noting that the first level of the Associate Valuer program includes the international standards of property valuation, the behavior of property valuation profession, basic fundamentals and procedures for property valuation etc.
The program encompasses 4 levels; participant valuer, certified valuer, senior certified valuer and associate valuer. KFH encourages employees’ initiatives of obtaining educational certificates, since they reflect the image of KFH, the world leading Islamic financial institution.
Meanwhile, the recognized employees expressed their gratitude towards KFH, and stressed their determination to work tirelessly for the sake of offering the best for KFH customers, indicating the bank has offered suitable and professional environment for further educational attainment.
