They are considered the best choice to ensure peace of mind for customers, through storage of their precious and valuable belongings especially when they are away from home and travelling.

AUB explained, “Our Safe Deposit Lockers offer a diversifie­d array of benefits that are ideal for customers in a secure and safe environmen­t. The Bank provides multiple storage options, available in three sizes to meet customer requiremen­ts, which are small, medium and large. Customers can also obtain more than one Safe Deposit Locker.

AUB’s Safe Deposit Lockers service provides easy access to the lockers during official working hours, in accordance with the procedures followed by the Bank.

The Bank provides the service at a charge as stated in the Bank’s list of commission­s, which is available at our branches or through our website in an effort to facilitate the overall process for customers wishing to safely deposit their valuable items and important documents in trusted safety lockers. The service is provided in the Bank’s Main Branch and throughout its branches in Ahmadi, Salmiya, Jabriya, Yarmouk, Salwa, Sabah Al-Salem, South Surra, Shamiya, Mishref, Reqqa, Andalus, Sabahiya, Jaber Al-Ali, Ferdous, Ardia, Qadseya, Dahar, Sulaibikha­t, Rabya, Khaitan, Oyoon and Jahra.

As part of Ahli United Bank’s willingnes­s to provide the best banking services for its customers with special needs, the Bank has allocated special Safe Deposit Lockers at a lower height that can be accessed by special needs customers using wheelchair­s. The lockers are also equipped with Braille technology to facilitate visually impaired customers. The safety deposit lockers for special needs customers are available at lower charges being in line with the Bank’s desire to provide improved facilities for them.
