Sophos an­nounces Su­per Star Cam­paign for silver, au­tho­rized part­ners in MEA

Sophos (LSE:SOPH), a global leader in net­work and end­point se­cu­rity yes­ter­day an­nounced a new ini­tia­tive for its au­tho­rized and silver part­ners from the Mid­dle East & Africa (MEA). The Sophos Su­per star cam­paign is de­signed to mo­ti­vate part­ners with ad­di­tional re­wards on achiev­ing their target. It is also aimed at driv­ing sales for the lat­est se­cu­rity so­lu­tions. Speak­ing on the ini­tia­tive, Har­ish Chib, vice pres­i­dent, Mid­dle East & Africa, Sophos said, “The re­wards are a part of the com­pany’s plan to en­cour­age our silver and au­tho­rized part­ners to gen­er­ate rev­enue op­por­tu­ni­ties and achieve their busi­ness goal. Our main aim is to drive our part­ners to ex­cel and in­cen­tivize them with re­wards for their great ef­fort.”

“The re­wards are ap­pli­ca­ble on the sale of all the prod­ucts logged be­tween May - Oc­to­ber 2017. Au­tho­rized and Silver part­ners are our ma­jor source of SMB busi­ness in the MEA re­gion. With this cam­paign, Sophos’ ob­jec­tive is to re­ward and mo­ti­vate the ex­ten­sive list of part­ners of th­ese cat­e­gories in the MEA re­gion. As part of our ‘Chan­nel First’sales strat­egy, this ini­tia­tive will help our part­ners to ex­pand their busi­ness across the chan­nel in the Mid­dle East & Africa. The Mid­dle East & Africa re­gion is di­vided into lead­ing and emerg­ing coun­tries and both have dif­fer­ent tar­gets. The Top three part­ners in both the re­gions achiev­ing high­est sales will be re­warded,” Chib ex­plained.

Be­ing a part­ner-fo­cused IT se­cu­rity com­pany, Sophos has a ded­i­cated part­ner pro­gram for the Mid­dle East & Africa re­gion. The pro­gram is well seg­mented into four dif­fer­ent on-board­ing lev­els with dif­fer­ent skills cer­ti­fi­ca­tions, sales and target ac­tiv­i­ties, and re­wards. It pro­vides ac­cess to the com­pany’s com­pre­hen­sive port­fo­lio of mar­ket-lead­ing end­point and net­work se­cu­rity prod­ucts. Sophos’ MEA Part­ners are now able to man­age all Sophos so­lu­tions for ev­ery cus­tomer through a cen­tral­ized man­age­ment plat­form, Sophos Cen­tral. Within Sophos Cen­tral is Sophos Cen­tral-Part­ner, a spe­cial­ized dash­board that al­lows part­ners to dis­trib­ute li­censes, add new cus­tomers on de­mand, cross- and up sell Sophos End­point and Net­work Prod­ucts, drive re­cur­ring rev­enue and have a clear, real-time per­spec­tive on all cus­tomer ac­tiv­ity. Part­ners can re­spond to se­cu­rity in­ci­dents faster and track alerts of all lev­els di­rectly from the dash­board, so time spent han­dling in­ci­dents, in­clud­ing mi­nor ones, is more pro­duc­tive and ef­fec­tive. This also helps part­ners to win cus­tomer loy­alty.
