Pedal to the Metal

A device for training and improving your cycling technique, on your own bike

Bespoke - - WHOA! -

This isn’t your average stationary exercise bike. The Mycycling is a 2,200 USD device that quickly and easily turns your regular road, or mountain, bike into a complete home cycling solution. Aimed predominantly at pros, or at least avid enthusiasts, it was developed by Technogym after extensive research and collaboration with scientists, athletes, coaches and physiologists and offers a stateof-the-art way to enhance and transform your real-world outdoor performance. The heart of the product is an electromechanical brake, which controls every second you are in the seat with acute precision, and the brains are a proprietary app. Dubbed Technogym Neuromuscular Training it contains tests, personalised programmes and biofeedback so that you don’t just increase your power, you also improve the quality of your pedal stroke, something experts call ‘souplesse’.
