The ar­chi­tect’s love of the arts is por­trayed through a num­ber of el­e­ments within his home. The liv­ing area trans­forms into a home cin­ema, pro­ject­ing films onto a wall, and the light­ing can be ad­justed in terms of both colour and bright­ness. The re­flec­tive na­ture of the room’s in­te­rior picks up the lights and im­ages that flicker across the wall, cre­at­ing a view­ing ex­pe­ri­ence like no other.

One thing that be­comes clearer over time is Mr. Andary’s ap­pre­ci­a­tion of an­tiques and eth­nic arte­facts that are dis­played through­out his house. The un­usual jux­ta­po­si­tion of tra­di­tional items and mod­ern in­te­ri­ors cre­ates a cu­ri­ous bal­ance, leav­ing visi­tors in a place that is not only a space within it­self,
