Be­fore launch­ing any new des­ti­na­tion, we study it thor­oughly to make sure it fits our in­vestors’ ob­jec­tives. We iden­tify strate­gic al­liances that are in line with VER­TICA Realty Group ob­jec­tives so we can of­fer the most com­pet­i­tive, in­no­va­tive and out­stand­ing ser­vices.

For ex­am­ple, the se­lec­tion of the Cana­dian mar­ket was based on eco­nomic sta­bil­ity, ed­u­ca­tion and its im­mi­gra­tion sys­tem - fac­tors that have been fu­el­ing the Cana­dian real es­tate sec­tor for many years. On top of that, there are a huge num­ber of Arab-Cana­di­ans or po­ten­tial im­mi­grants who might be in­ter­ested to buy / in­vest in a property in Canada.

As for Lon­don, it has al­ways been a “safe haven” for in­vestors, es­pe­cially in the real es­tate sec­tor. Based on our mar­ket re­search we have found that there is still a big ap­petite from GCC na­tion­als to buy /in­vest in Lon­don real es­tate. In ad­di­tion to this, we can add that the UK has very trans­par­ent and long-stand­ing property laws with property ten­ure that is clear cut and un­der­pinned by the le­gal sys­tem.
