Ford re­cently made the an­nounce­ment that Rob Crouse has been ap­pointed as the Di­rec­tor, Sales for the Mid­dle East and Africa. This comes as part of the group’s con­tin­ued ac­cel­er­a­tion of sales growth in the Mid­dle East, North Africa, South Africa and Sub-Sa­ha­ran African Mar­kets. His new role will see Crouse re­port­ing di­rectly to Kalyana Si­vagnanam, the Vice Pres­i­dent of Mar­ket­ing, Sales & Ser­vice for Ford Mid­dle East and Africa, and he com­mented on the oc­ca­sion, say­ing, “It is with great plea­sure that we can an­nounce Rob Crouse in his new role as Di­rec­tor for Sales for the MEA re­gion. With more than twenty years’ ex­pe­ri­ence in sales with Ford, Rob is the per­fect choice for build­ing on our sales suc­cess in the re­gion.” Crouse was pre­vi­ously the Gen­eral Man­ager of Mar­ket­ing and Sales at Ford Mo­tor Com­pany of Southern Africa (FMCS), and his new po­si­tion will see him re­spon­si­ble for over­see­ing the MEA busi­ness unit’s growth and per­for­mance in ve­hi­cle sales. “I’m ex­cited to be part of the team that is go­ing to trans­form the MEA re­gion to de­liver solid mar­ket share growth and happy cus­tomers who are de­lighted with our prod­ucts and ser­vices, while meet­ing the chal­lenges of the re­gion’s var­ied cus­tomer needs to de­liver a world class ex­pe­ri­ence with the Ford brand,” Crouse said. “I am look­ing for­ward to the all-new ex­pe­ri­ence in th­ese cul­tur­ally di­verse mar­kets that make up this fas­ci­nat­ing re­gion of the world.”
