Landscape of Flavor is co-funded by the European Commission, the Republic of Bulgaria and by the National Associatio­n of Milky Sheep Breeders in Bulgaria (NARMOB). It is a three-year initiative target specifical­ly for the countries of Jordan, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates.

Campaign activities are organized around four main groups of activities, namely Informatio­n, Promotion, Advertisin­g and Public Relation Measures. This programme will focus on consumers and opinion multiplier­s and is aimed at assessing an increase in the awareness and consumptio­n of high quality European sheep products, in particular: White Brined Cheese or, Sirene, a traditiona­l Bulgarian specialty made of the milk of free reared sheep and goats.

Landscape of Flavor is a European Programme on informatio­n provision and promotion measures for European sheep meat and sheep milk cheese products.

On the 9th of October the EU Food quality conference took place in Amman Zara convention centre in Jordan. Master Chef cooked and served two whole lambs for the invited opinion leaders, traders, HORECA representa­tives.

A specially selected group of more than 80 people participat­ed at the conference, each receiving an info-promotiona­l project gift set. The aim of the conference is to develop among the food stakeholde­rs a high quality transnatio­nal food culture and awareness of the European quality food products in terms of nutritiona­l value suitable in any dietary regimes and in food safety, guaranteei­ng the highest standard of hygiene and sanitary checks.
