HORECA LE­BANON WIN­NER EN­JOYS TRIP TO DUBAI

This sum­mer, chef Jad Alkhishen from the Phoeni­cia Ho­tel, vis­ited MKN and its Culi­nary In­no­va­tion Cen­ter in Dubai as the 2018 win­ner of the MKN Horeca chal­lenge. To­gether with MKN ap­pli­ca­tion spe­cial­ist Rabih Al Aaraij, Alkhishen had the op­por­tu­nity to tour some of the pres­ti­gious MKN ref­er­ence kitchens and ex­pe­ri­ence the var­i­ous fields of ap­pli­ca­tion of the MKN pro­fes­sional cook­ing tech­nol­ogy. Af­ter­ward, he was able to cook at the MKN Culi­nary In­no­va­tion Cen­ter, along­side chef Paul Hage, owner of Habak restau­rant, famed for his Habak Dubai Ur­ban Lebanese street food.
