EGGSLUT, A NEW F&B CON­CEPT EN­TERS LE­BANON

An Amer­i­can brand called Eggslut, cre­ated in Los An­ge­les in 2011 with five out­lets in North Amer­ica has landed in Beirut. Eggslut is a chef-driven, gourmet food con­cept in­spired by its founders’ true love for eggs. The menu is a bal­ance of com­fort and in­no­va­tion, cel­e­brat­ing food that ap­peals to both novice and ex­treme food­ies through clas­sic com­fort fare with a twist. Lo­cated in the heart of Beirut city’s bustling Bliss Street, the restau­rant of­fers its vis­i­tors a menu that fuses qual­ity, pre­sen­ta­tion and cus­tomer ser­vice, turn­ing dishes into an ex­pe­ri­ence ev­ery time. “This is a new ex­pe­ri­ence for Le­banon, one that is based on gourmet recipes, served with a vi­brant twist,” said Wadih Beiruti, op­er­a­tions man­ager of Eggslut in Le­banon, adding that, “Our com­mit­ment is to of­fer fresh, high qual­ity in­gre­di­ents, cooked with pas­sion, in a sim­ple menu.” Elab­o­rat­ing, Jean Had­dad, Eggslut’s restau­rant man­ager said, “The feed­back we have got­ten since the launch has been very promis­ing. New­com­ers are at­tracted by the brand, the setup-up, es­pe­cially since it is an en­tirely new con­cept.”
