Food her­itage man­age­ment spe­cial­ist, Zeinab Jeam­bey first trained as a di­eti­cian. Af­ter work­ing on a cul­tural map­ping project of Homs, Syria, she be­came hooked on the sub­ject of her­itage. Jeam­bey later stud­ied food her­itage man­age­ment at the Uni­ver­sity of Barcelona. Since re­turn­ing to Le­banon, she has worked at the Food Her­itage
