Food her­itage man­age­ment spe­cial­ist, Zeinab Jeam­bey first

trained as a di­eti­cian. Af­ter work­ing on a cul­tural map­ping

project of Homs, Syria, she be­came hooked on the sub­ject of her­itage. Search­ing for a link to bring to­gether her ex­pe­ri­ence and in­ter­ests Jeam­bey went

on to study food her­itage man­age­ment at the Uni­ver­sity

of Barcelona where she grad­u­ated in Septem­ber 2013. Since re­turn­ing to Le­banon, she has worked at the Food Her­itage

Foun­da­tion in Beirut.
