Food heritage management specialist, Zeinab Jeambey first
trained as a dietician. After working on a cultural mapping
project of Homs, Syria, she became hooked on the subject of heritage. Searching for a link to bring together her experience and interests Jeambey went
on to study food heritage management at the University
of Barcelona where she graduated in September 2013. Since returning to Lebanon, she has worked at the Food Heritage
Foundation in Beirut.
