Nour Farra-haddad manages her own travel consultant company, NEOS, specializing in pilgr images and religious tour ism. She is also a founding member of the Association for the Development of Pilgr images and Religious Tour ism and the author of Eco-lebanon and Wiz Kids guide books.
Af ter working on a cultural mapping project of Homs, Syr ia, Zeinab Jeambey became hooked on the subject of her itage and went on to study food her itage management at the University of Barcelona. Since returning to Lebanon, she has worked at the Food Heritage Foundation in Beirut. Following her master’s degree in Information Design at the London College of Communication (University of the Ar ts London), Maria Bahous returned to Lebanon and initiated her Beirut-based design studio Kubik. She is also an adjunct faculty at LAU. Martine Btaich is an independent professional working on community and rural tour ism development and was recently appointed vice president of the Lebanon Mountain Trail Association. Her motto is inher ited from her father’s “Al Ard marja’a” meaning “Ear th is the reference!” Elie Nohra is a Lebanese photographer based in Beirut with a huge passion for photography. He star ted focusing on his own photography in 2011 af ter being a finalist in Ayyam photography competition and specializes in fashion and ar t photography.
