Moghrabiye­h flavored with lavendar

A grain that looks like an oversized couscous, moghrabiye­h is served with chicken and shallot onions flavored with lavender at Shmeiss Guesthouse (03 515829) in Hasbaya, followed by Kaak with lavender for dessert.
