This year at HORECA Beirut, the magazine had carte blanche with a full lineup of celebrity chefs, so we’ve shared their recipes from gourmet creations to Lebanese favorites. We were even privy to the tips and tricks of France’s Master Chef, Thierry Marx, sharing his signature dish and Lebanon’s sweetheart, Salma Hayek, revealing which mezze she grew up eating.
