INGREDIENT­S

20 ml MONIN elderflowe­r syrup 30 ml fresh lime juice

50 ml Nomad

1 dash Fee Brothers orange bitter Fresh thyme (for drink and garnish) Pinch of cinnamon powder

Ice

PREPARATIO­N

Put the thyme and muddle slightly add the rest of the ingredient­s except for the cinnamon in a shaker and shake well.

Pour in a glass over ice and burn the cinnamon powder on top while u sprinkle.

Garnish with fresh thyme and dehydrated lime or lemon.
