Start by form­ing a ‘ta­ble top’ with your hands and knees on the floor. Straighten your right leg then cross it over your left leg. From this point, slowly lift your right leg, form­ing a di­ag­o­nal line while keep­ing your toes pointed dur­ing the en­tire move. Do 10 reps for each leg, count­ing one ev­ery time your legs cross. This move is great for the en­tire leg, in­clud­ing the glutes!
