A great ex­er­cise to re­lax your spine mus­cles while work­ing your core. Start by bending your knees close to your stom­ach with feet pointed out and toes touch­ing the floor. Hold the back of your thighs with both hands while lift­ing your legs up. Keep your knees apart around shoul­der dis­tance, while low­er­ing your head to­wards your knees. In­hale and ex­hale while bal­anc­ing your body. Slowly rock back and forth un­til your shoul­ders hit the ground not un­til your head or neck touch the ground. Bal­ance your­self and re­peat five times.
