A great exercise to relax your spine muscles while working your core. Start by bending your knees close to your stomach with feet pointed out and toes touching the floor. Hold the back of your thighs with both hands while lifting your legs up. Keep your knees apart around shoulder distance, while lowering your head towards your knees. Inhale and exhale while balancing your body. Slowly rock back and forth until your shoulders hit the ground not until your head or neck touch the ground. Balance yourself and repeat five times.
