U Magazine - - HEALTH -

According to a recent research presented by the American Physiological Society (APS), taking vitamin C supplements can be closely compared to the effects of exercising, specifically for overweight and obese adults. The research focuses on how the effects of taking vitamin C supplements daily may have comparable cardiovascular benefits as exercise, as well as improving overall blood circulation. However, this does not mean eliminating the need to motivate yourself into exercising.
