THE MERMAID STRETCH
This move is great for your sides and lengthening torso muscles. Start by assuming the mermaid position with your legs folded together to the right side. While placing your right hand around both ankles, lift your left arm straight above your left ear. Then, while tightening your abdominals, extend your left arm towards the sky, and move it slowly to the right side while keeping it straight. You will feel the stretch on the left side of your body. Repeat twice slowly then switch your legs around to the other side and repeat.
