Eating Fish Mayreduce Depresion

U Magazine - - HEALTHY -

Aside from its vitamin, mineral and high-quality protein content, consuming fish may have a positive impact on mental health, according to a new study published in the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health. The study was conducted specifically in Europe, where there was a strong link made with a fish-filled diet and a lower risk of depression. However, more research needs to be conducted on whether the type of fish consumed has a variance in impact on mental health.
