This bal­let move is great for ton­ing in­ner thighs and legs. Start by stand­ing with feet slightly wider than your shoul­ders, with toes slightly turned out and heels on the ground. Then lower your body while bend­ing your knees un­til your thighs are par­al­lel with the ground. Slowly lift your arms over­head and then bring them back down be­fore re­turn­ing again to start­ing po­si­tion. Do 10 reps.
