Having already occupied pole position in the world of motor racing in the last 55 years, TAG Heuer once again delves into the DNA of the first Heuer Carrera chronograph in 1963, and revisits the various forms it has taken over the years ‒ from the minimalist version of the 1960s, to the more recent mechanical and connected models. The result is a total of 13 new contemporary variants in steel, carbon, ceramic or gold with a metal, rubber, leather or ceramic bracelet, all with a deployant buckle that allows interchangeability and personalisation, thanks to the integrated 43mm modular case. With that, TAG Heuer repurposed the revolutionary dial design from the first Heuer Carrera of a larger display and improved legibility with an indispensable seconds scale: a skeleton dial that incorporates 168 components, and a sapphire caseback ‒ characteristic features of the more recent TAG Heuer Carrera models.
