D’Cuisine is a concept restaurant that mixes both modern and traditional bests of Oriental, Peranakan and Asian cultures. It’s also cosy, warm, and has a retro ambience that makes it ideal for a quiet meal on your own, with a loved one, or even a group of friends. D’Cuisine aims to give you a complete dining experience by creating not only meals that satisfy your appetite, but also delicious and innovative desserts and drinks to go along with it. THE HOUSE SPECIALTY: The word that aptly describes the food here is “tasty”. You get a myriad of flavours and textures that stop short of making your taste buds perform a song and dance in your mouth. The Oriental tapas platter is definitely a crowd favourite. The lamb cutlets with Mongolian sauce are also the rage. If you’re more into seafood, we suggest you opt for the baked cod with orange ginger sauce or even the giant river prawn noodle. When you’re ready to move on to desserts, we recommend the crème brulee cappuccino and molten egg yolk pudding with homemade vanilla ice cream.
