Even their sauces and pas­tas are made from scratch! Since they only use what’s avail­able in mar­kets on a daily ba­sis, their menu changes. Cakes here have min­i­mal sugar as the nat­u­ral flavours and juices of in­gre­di­ents do all the sweet­en­ing. THE HOUSE SPE­CIALTY: There are some unique cre­ations, which in­clude man­gos­teen cake, av­o­cado cake, and last but not least, the jack­fruit cake. For durian lovers, when the king of fruit is in sea­son, Swich serves durian mud cake, durian tiramisu, durian crème brulee, and durian sticky rice. There is also the soft shell crab pasta with salted egg and but­ter sauce if you have a crav­ing for some­thing savoury. You also won’t go wrong with the pavlova or even the high tea set that comes with scones, home­made jam, fresh cream, and a se­lec­tion of cakes, desserts, sand­wiches, and puff pas­try com­plete with a pot of pre­mium tea.
