That Awkward Moment
Three guys decide to support a friend who’s going through a difficult break-up. They vow to remain single for as long as possible. Their plan to rock singledom is soon derailed when one by one, they each fall in love with girls they meet. They find themselves trying to find loopholes in their agreement to work on their relationships.
Peter Lake attempts to rob a mansion on the Upper West Side of New York City. Little does he know that the daughter of the house is at home. A romance blossoms between Lake, a middle-aged Irish burglar and Beverly Penn, a dying young, rich girl. Lake, a man driven by love, tries to stop time and bring back the dead. His struggle, in a place that is alive with its own energy and besieged by unprecedented winters, becomes a beautiful story of extraordinary measures.
