s he may be the daughter of rock star Phil Collins but that didn’t mean Lily took any shortcuts in life. She started out at the bottom, attending auditions and being rejected but worked her way up into starring roles and onto magazine covers; Lily has done nothing less than work hard. She tells us about her life, passions, being compared to Audrey Hepburn, and becoming the face of beauty brand Lancôme.
What was it like growing up in Los Angeles?
I was born in England and I moved to Los Angeles with my mother when I was six. We kept our house in England, so I went back and forth a lot. Today, I live in LA but I feel very European. Although I love America, I feel very at home in Europe. I love the life over there; the food, the English countryside… When I go back to our country house in West Sussex, I spend my days reading by the lake and drinking tea, with no make-up on.
