If you’re strug­gling to find a rea­son to get out of bed in the morn­ing, we’ve just found one for you. Re­searchers at the Univer­sity of Glas­gow dis­cov­ered that go­ing for a speedy 60-minute walk be­fore break­fast burns more fat – both dur­ing and af­ter the work­out – than ex­er­cis­ing later in the day.
