You Have Stretch Marks

CLEO (Malaysia) - - ORIGINS SPECIAL -

Stretch marks occur when your skin is overstretched by things like growth spurts, pregnancy, or rapid weight gain. They’re scars in the lower layers of the skin which are purplishred and eventually fade to become silvery, shimmery lines. Prevent them by eating healthily and using daily massage creams and ointments to improve the skin’s elasticity. Look for products that assist in boosting collagen production. LED light therapy treatments are an effective way of reducing the appearance of stretch marks and will help to prevent them from developing into serious scars. Intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy can be used to fade redness, but won’t make the marks disappear.
