Baked brie with honeyed figs

Give the staple cheese platter a cosy treatment by warming it up. Prepare 20 minutes before your guests arrive so they can enjoy it straight from the grill.
2 figs, sliced in halves
200g brie cheese wheel
Lavash crackers, to serve
1 First, turn grill on to medium heat.
2 Coat halved figs in honey ( you can place in a plastic bag and shake).
3 Place the brie on an oven- proof tray, sitting figs on top, and put on a middle shelf under the grill for 12-15 minutes.
4 Plate up and pour two tablespoons of honey over the figs. Serve with lavash crackers on the side.
