MAKES A JUG • TAKES 15 MIN
This old-fashioned favourite is making a comeback, thanks to whisky being the tipple of choice with top bartenders. This cocktail can also be served warm. Just serve the cocktail without the tea, and pop the teapot next to your drinks stand so your guests can top up as they go.
2 tbsp honey
Juice of ½ lemon
4 parts Earl Grey tea
1 lemon, cut into slices
1 Mix whisky, honey and lemon juice.
2 Top with Earl Grey tea.
3 Serve with a cinnamon quill and lemon ring in each mug.
