Jammy gin

MAKES A JUG • TAKES 10 MIN

With 10 min­utes be­fore your guests ar­rive, whip up a jug of Jammy Gin. The bal­ance of sweet­ness and tart­ness not only makes for a so­phis­ti­cated sip, but it goes down a treat with gin.

You’ll need:

2 parts gin

3 tbsp of black­berry jam

2 parts tonic

4 parts sparkling grape­fruit drink

1 pun­nett of blue­ber­ries

To make:

1 Pour gin into a large jug.

2 Heat up the black­berry jam in the mi­crowave for 20 sec­onds and stir into gin with a whisk to com­bine.

3 Top with tonic and grape­fruit drink.

4 Serve with a cou­ple of blue­ber­ries for taste.
