Hour­glass has re­cently set foot into skin­care. What kind of prod­ucts and in­no­va­tion are you look­ing to achieve there?

Our very first prod­uct, Veil Fluid Makeup, set the tone for Hour­glass. We were one of the first to of­fer a foun­da­tion with clin­i­cal lev­els of ac­tive anti-age­ing in­gre­di­ents. It pro­vided the in­stant grat­i­fi­ca­tion of beau­ti­ful-look­ing skin cou­pled with long-term skin­care ben­e­fits. With the Im­mac­u­late Liq­uid Pow­der Foun­da­tion, we set out to cre­ate a prod­uct that gave the matte fin­ish of a pow­der in a light­weight liq­uid form. The for­mula uses a key in­gre­di­ent, Cash­mere Kaoli­n­ite Clay, which elim­i­nates shine while still keep­ing the skin mois­turised
