Some­times acid re­flux can hit dur­ing the night with­out you even know­ing. It might not wake you up, but you won’t get nearly as much solid rest as you need. Try cut­ting back on in­di­ges­tion-in­duc­ing foods such as choco­late (sorry), cit­rus, toma­toes and spicy food, and chew an antacid be­fore bed if you need to. But make sure that you go to your doc­tor if you find your­self re­ly­ing on the My­lanta more of­ten than not.
