Sometimes acid reflux can hit during the night without you even knowing. It might not wake you up, but you won’t get nearly as much solid rest as you need. Try cutting back on indigestion-inducing foods such as chocolate (sorry), citrus, tomatoes and spicy food, and chew an antacid before bed if you need to. But make sure that you go to your doctor if you find yourself relying on the Mylanta more often than not.
