HOT MESS, DON’T CARE

CLEO (Malaysia) - - TREND REPORT -

It’s a tie between sleek and messy hair, but if there’s one thing designers would agree on, it’s CLEO roped in the experts to help you recreate this season’s trends. Azreena, hair-braider extraordinaire from Pin Up KL, shares her tips on adding a simple twist to the sleek and sexy look: Create your desired hair-parting, and then tie your hair into a low ponytail. Spread or spray some hair serum over your crown and the ponytail to smoothen any frizz and flyaway. Take a quarter of your hair from the ponytail and wrap it around the edge of the rubber band. Use bobby pins to secure the loop on the underside of your ponytail, and you’re good to go! L’ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL MYTHIC OIL RICH OIL. Gibson Loong of Shawn Cutler gave us his scoop on getting salon-quality curls at home. After your usual hair wash, apply a waving spray or cream before combing it evenly throughout your damp hair. Scrunch up your hair with your fingers from beneath, all the way to the tips, to spread the serum evenly. Clip your hair into a bun. Let your hair air dry before taking off the clips. Give your hair a little toss to let loose those natural-looking waves. L’ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL FRENCH GIRL HAIR BY TECHNIART MESSY CLICHÉ.
