CLEO x Kia Kaha as we did at the What bet­ter way to spend your week­end if not by learn­ing sev­eral new fun ways to achieve all your body goals? #TeamCLEO re­cently col­lab­o­rated with Karen Siah, the founder and owner of Kia Kaha Fit­ness for an in­tro­duc­tory boot­camp class for se­lected read­ers. (Ed­i­tor Lina Esa even joined in on the fun!)

Get­ting lean and mean like our cover girl Ruby Rose isn’t easy, but un­der Karen’s guid­ance and pro­gramme, it isn’t that hard ei­ther! We got a whole body work­out — jump rope, sprints, tri­cep dips, burpees ... the whole she­bang — in that short 45 min­utes. Karen took it easy on us, but, boy, did we work up a good sweat! To take our minds off our sore mus­cles, Raw­some pro­vided ev­ery­one with their sig­na­ture de­li­cious chia seed pud­dings. And thanks to the good folks at Soleus, ev­ery­one went home with a new arm candy — a spank­ing new Soleus Sprint watch!
