ALSO HEAD TO… PERTH

CLEO (Malaysia) - - TRAVEL SPECIAL -

With great food and beautiful beaches, this scenic city is a great choice for a relaxing family vacay, says Social Media Creative Yeoh Mong Chin. Check out Caversham Wildlife Park to get up close and personal with animals native to Australia, such as kangaroos, koalas and wombats. Up for some fun? Go strawberry picking at Bullsbrook Strawberry Farm. Go to Fremantle Market on weekends to get some local produce. “I scored a tub of organic raw honey for only S$8. It was super pure and everyone loved it when I brought it home. I wished I brought more! There’s also a mobile zoo there where I got to carry a snake, and that was super exciting too,” says Mong Chin. If you’ve got time, drive up to Margaret River. “You’ll find lots of nice scenic spots along the way, like the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and Sugarloaf Rocks, as well lots of wineries that you have to check out. Tasting is free, and wines are really cheap and good too!” Going in the summer? Check out Perth’s beautiful beaches. Mong Chin recommends Cottesloe Beach.

You may never want to leave this view.
