The for­eign ver­sions of th­ese foods will have the same ef­fect on your waist­line. “If you nor­mally avoid gluten or dairy (or any­thing else you are in­tol­er­ant to), don’t blow out on it just be­cause you’re trav­el­ling – it’ll leave you feel­ing slug­gish and bloated,” she ex­plains.
