Stand with feet shoul­der-width apart. Take a long step for­ward with your right leg and stand on the toes of your rear foot. Slowly lower your back knee, en­sur­ing your front knee does not go past your toes. Re­turn to the start­ing po­si­tion by push­ing off your rear foot. Re­peat. Do three sets of 15-20, three times a week.
