27, Radio Producer How did you end up in radio? I stepped into the world of radio at 18 and I really saw how important it was for the industry to work with local Universities to grow talent. Radio is tough, and you need to be fierce ly passionate to survive. How did your first job shape who you are now? My supervisor at my first internship instilled the importance of perseverance, discipline, and taught me that half-baked work is never an option. Tell us how you see yourself in five years. Well, I head the team that cu rates everything you hear on Fly FM. I would still see myself in radio for sure! I love my craft and hope to always innovate to keep radio relevant to the times. The most rewarding thing in your work? When listeners call and say we’ve made his or her day. It’ s amazing how we can make an impact even though we don’t know the person.
