The non-roasted chicken comes lying on a bed of bean sprouts and the requisite slices of fresh cucumbers, with a side of gizzard and liver slices. The chicken skin sports an eye-pleasing yellowy sheen and its meat is firm and tasty, and goes very well with the fragrant butter rice and homemade chilli dip.
