If you’re go­ing to wear monochro­matic, ar­chi­tec­tural sep­a­rates, keep things in­ter­est­ing by mix­ing your tex­tures. Start with some sup­ple leather – like H&M’s knee-length wrap skirt – and a crisp white shirt. I chose a Diane von Fursten­berg shirt with coloured stripes to cre­ate in­ter­est around my neck­line and opted for tall Cé­line boots to chan­nel a con­tem­po­rary look that con­ceals more than re­veals.
