British Airways has upgraded its daily flight between Kuala Lumpur to London with the latest and most technologically advanced Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft which features the impressive next generation First class suites.

Robert Williams, British Airways’ head of Asia Pacific sales said, “The Dreamliner is a tremendous, innovative aircraft which sets new standards for environmental performance and operating efficiency, I’m sure our customers in Kuala Lumpur will love it.

“This new aircraft offers a smoother ride, with built-in sensors countering the effects of turbulence, reducing nausea for those customers who suffer from motion sickness.” added Williams

The aircraft has 216 seats in total with eight in First, 42 in Club World business class, 39 in World Traveller Plus premium economy and 127 in World Traveller economy class. The next generation First has been created specifically for the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and painstakingly designed to ensure that comfort was at the heart of the experience.

British Airways’ 787-9 offers customers a whisper-quiet cabin pressurised 2,000 feet lower than other aircraft (6,000 feet). This leads to greater humidity, reducing the drying effect of the cabin air, so customers arrive feeling more refreshed. The aircraft’s smooth ride technology also provides extra comfort during any turbulence.

The bespoke lighting in every cabin can be set to reflect the time of day, helping to lull customers to sleep at night and to wake them in the morning. Customers can also enjoy much larger windows, offering views of the horizon from every seat. These collective features mean that customers arrive feeling fresher and the effect of jet-lag is lessened.

The 787-9 is fitted with the latest Thales entertainment system. Customers can choose audio and video on demand, including TV boxsets and audio programmes. They can speak to friends elsewhere on the aircraft using an in-seat chat system and even connect their own devices to the entertainment system. British Airway flights can be arranged with the help of Corporate Information Travel (CIT) Sdnbhd, a leading travel management company in the tourism industry.
